Wang Junxia would have lapped Dibaba tonight

As great as Dibaba is, I think in a head to head match up, Wang would beat her. Dibaba might have a slight better kick off of 31x pace, but that kick won't be there after running (24) 66 second laps.

Again, she was accused by a political organization. That they banned her has no merit, as they don't follow legal guidelines and there is no due process for the athletes.

Jacobs knew this, see her statement above.

Hmm, well @ men's side I believe 7:20 is 3:56 pace and the 5000 around 4:04 pace; so about 3.4% increase in pace from 3000 -> 5000.

IF he same applied to women (have no idea here), we would be looking at around 13:50-13:55. Which makes sense as the 3000 is generally considered by far the strongest of any of the Chinese records.
