Your screen name proves your stupidity. My speedwork paces and 5K times are the truth, thus, you are an idiot.
Well, I'm being entertained by this, anyway.
Assuming for one second that you are correct, then why are others participating? Why not just ignore the thread? Let it slide right down to the last page and be done with it.
Besides, I do experiment for myself, hello?!?!
Running website lesson for the slow folks:
(1) Ask questions about your training, reply, repeat until you know everything about running (yeah, I know, that could take a while).
By the way, I would stop replying if no one had anything else to say. (DUH!) Did you happen to notice I'm not replying to myself or were you so eager to criticize that fact just slipped right by you?

Exactly. Life would absolutely suck without entertainment. Boring as frigging hell, kind of like coolrunning.com lately (since I was forced to play nicely with the endless idiots through sheer, undeniable and completely biased censorship).

Wrong. I'm entertained by your entertainment.

As my first post said, up to now only MEN have "participated", as you should know men will do ANYTHING for a very slight chance at some action from a woman.
Try this one: post as a guy with a 5k PR of 20 minutes at age 34 with much the same experience as you and it will slip off the front page faster than anything. You may get a couple nice people say, "yeah you have nothing to lose run 100 mpw and see what happens", but it will be no front pager for multiple days.
That piece of "advice" for slow folk is total crap, as the results of this thread has shown. Do you know what you are going to do yet? Have you done anything? Has anything but a bunch of wasted time been accomplished? NO.
Noone can tell you how YOUR BODY will react to different training. You may take starting points from different people, but nothing beats experimenting for yourself.
You seem like the kind of person that sits and talks a lot without doing any ACTION. Step AWAY from the computer and try some different things. If you want to learn about running you came to the wrong place, my advice is to pick up a couple books and read. I would recommend one by Lydiard and another one profiling elite training schedules.
I am only trying to help.

Actually you've been acting like a grade A c*nt for weeks if not longer and you are lucky you haven't been banned. How can you complain of bias when they keep letting you register new names knowing fully who you are. Bull shit. They have cut you more slack than you deserve as you are nothing but a potstirring biatch. Being blocked from the internet would actually be in your best interest, then you might sleep at night. But keep pretending you enjoy the fact everyone hates your ass.

Why did you follow me here? Seems like being on an endless crusade against internet offenses (when you aren't even claiming to be entertained) is pretty sad.
Btw, I have a few friends over there. They just aren't as vocal as asswholes like yourself.
Incidentally, they stopped banning me because their banning mechanisms are ineffective. That's why I continue posting. The rules were inconsistently enforced against me. Mass hysteria against me started a long frigging time ago (initiated and driven by kemibe), ater I posted an innocent frigging training question, and after I had been playing nicely for a long time.
If you gave a damn about fairness, then you would have a different opinion. I've always been extremely nice whenever people were nice to me.

No. I don't know what I'm going to do yet. There were some good ideas for the first few pages until the idiots arrived en masse.
However, I do run as much mileage as I can handle every day, so I do take action. We all need to pull away from the computer--not just me.
I used to read running books daily, but I haven't read any for the last few weeks. Which elite training schedule books would you recommend?

There you go again. That's your problem. You read too damm much already and still don't know what you want to do. You're not an elite runner so don't worry about elite training schedules. Like people told you already - just get out there and run. As for the rest of you, all of you need to stop feeding this attention whore. That's all she is. She likes to post on this site because there's more people to fight with. Everybody - just back away from this thread and let it die!!!!
Try "Running With the Legends" and "Run With the Champions" by Michael Sandrock and Marc Bloom. Another good on-line place is Bob Hodge's web-site (see link below).

Thank you. Great link. I will check out those books. I've been looking for some new running books.
I also like to ask questions of other runners because it is always good to have interactive advice, as well. I've read a few books, but there is nothing like asking someone (who knows more than me about running) my specific question.
As I said in my other thread on this site, my next thread on this site will be anonymous so this bullshit doesn't follow me around. Problem is that some people have as their full-time job to search for me all over the Internet (even when I post anonymously), spot me based on writing style and/or running stats, start insulting me, then call me an attention whore when I respond. That means that I'm always one step away from a trash thread. As I said in the other thread, it's really brilliant stuff.
I was hoping to keep one screen name on this site, for purposes of establishing some sense of community, but that will have to be under a different name, which will no doubt eventually be discovered by the idiots, and then we can start the whole cycle all over again.
