Serious question for men: How do you keep your penis warm during cold runs?

Easy. I run just behind Jamin and keep it inside him the entire run.

He likes to slow down then speed up on purpose.

Wear two pairs of shorts.

I don't; your mom does!

~0F and above (if I'm wearing tights/half tights/capris) running briefs.

-15F to 0F briefs with compression shorts over them (I've done running boxer briefs too) then my tights

Anything below -15F I get a plastic bag and stuff it in my briefs over my penis and balls and put on compression shorts then my tights. Sometimes I will wear a thinner pair of tights as a baselayer, then put on another pair of thermal tights.

Anything below -15F I wear vinyl gloves under my winter gloves.

Coldest I've yet to run in was one morning 2 years ago, it was -37.8F. Was only out for ~25 minutes and covered ~3.5 miles. It was rather interesting. Getting dressed was more work than running.

I run most of the time outside during the winter, but there are days that are just like, um.. no. Mostly for safety reasons. What I listed above was stupid.

I buy a fresh, sharp razor and what I do is I get naked and then in the bathroom I take the razor, I put my penis on a board and I drag the razor across the base of it. My penis falls off. I then get a needle and thread and stitch up the mess.

If I ever live where I can freeze my thing off by being outside, kill me.

Sock on the penis. Just throw the other sock in the laundry or use it on the next run. I'm serious. If a pair of running shorts under a pair of tights isn't enough, this is about all you can do other than lair pairs of shorts.

I wrap it around my neck and put it under my Buff neck gaiter.
