Pretty much anything by Jeff Buckley. He had the voice of and angel. But especially this cover of Dylan's "I Shall Be Released" which was sung by Jeff over the phone and played on the radio. Simply an amazing talent that was taken from us far too young. Not only does it give me goosebumps every time I hear it, but it brings a tear to my eye because we'll never experience his greatness again.

Phish's You Enjoy Myself used to get me there. There is a section towards the end that is very climactic.
