    6’5” 201 lbs

    Mile 4:20

    3 mile 14:45

    10K 31:00

    10 mile 51:02

    Half 1:14 and change

    Marathon 2:38:02

    All in 1992-93 at at 27-28, while a captain in the USMC.

    Two back surgeries later, I could not run a 6 min mile if my life depended on it! Would not trade it for the world.

    Several years at the age of 41 & weight of 220, I ran the NY Marathon in 3 hrs, 42 min & shortly thereafter ran a 10k in 43min54secs. I am 6 feet 2 inches in height.
