i could see her developing into a very good runner, with a realistic chance to eventually run.
under 8:45 for 3000
under 15:00 for 5000
under 31:00 for 10000
sub 69:00 for half marathon
sub 2:25.00 for the marathon
hopefully she has the mindset to work towards longterm goals.
making the 2012 team would be icing on the cake, but i think her best running days are 4-12 years down the line.
she will make Usa international teams in the future though 2012 is probably too soon.
