This is what many of them say and might be true in some cases.
Most of them didn't have any apparent problems during their college years and didn't get braces when they were first pulling in big bucks. In most cases, the braces came very late in their careers, long after having the financial means.
It is not definitive, but it is definitely smoke and where there is smoke...... there is at least a reason to look closer.
One thing is sure, HGH will change the jaw/head structure of a person and require the use of braces with prolonged use. It is reported that Barry Bonds required one full hat size increase late in his career versus when he started. This has nothing to do with poverty.
