As an avid runner who loves Big Macs this doesn't seem to bad. Wake up hungry and eat two right away while walking off the line (5 min .3 miles), two big macs should feel like snack/tease for a hungry runner. Then do 3 in 21 and eat two more while walking. Then do 3 in 21 and eat two more while walking this point you should be at the finish line with time to spare and pound the last 2 while.
I haven't read this whole thread, but if you do it any other way than this you're crazy: (Or safer just to say this is what I would try:) Run the 10K in a solid effort, hard but not all-out, then try to eat six Big Macs in the time you have left. Only way to go.
PLEASE promise you make a video out of this! Get a great camera man and editor and just make an action video/documentary. This would be hilarious AND a youtube hit :)

Cut the burgers into quarters. That gives you 24 quarters, each one theoretically edible in 1 bite. Put them on a table at a track, and eat 1 of the bites at the end of every lap. All you have to do is average 144 seconds for each of the 25 lap-bites. If you run each lap around 90 seconds, you'll have 54 seconds each time to stop, eat the bite, and calm down your stomach. Even at the end, when it gets tough, I'm sure that you can drag yourself through a 90-second lap if you know you have almost a minute rest at the end.
If you're a big eater this should be no problem. A buddy and I challenged each other once to see who could eat more McDonald's hamburgers in 30 minutes. We purchased them all ahead of time so that we wouldn't waste time having to buy more. We bought 32 of them in all (my goal was 20 burgers, my friend's goal was 12) and between the two of us we took down 27 of them within the 30 minutes.
I was the victor in eating 16 burgers (he ate 11), here is how fast it took me to each each burger:

So 6 Big Macs is like 12 burgers EXCEPT there is even less bread. It took me 8 1/2 minutes to down 12 burgers, so you can do this. Of course I hit a huge frigging wall after that, so things will start to get tight if you don't man up. Also, my buddy didn't even reach 12 burgers so...could be interesting.
My advice is to eat as fast as possible. Shovel it down and for the first 8 minutes you won't even notice how full you are getting.
I would do some field research (ie see how fast you can slam four or five big macs; see how well you can run after eating three big macs on a hungry stomach) before putting money on this, but I'm inclined to say this is no sweat. Formulate the strategy that you think will work best based on your testing, but I'd go to bed hungry, run 10 miles or so easy before the event, down two at the start line, run the 6 miles moderately fast, then go to town on the last 4 burgers. Big macs are wimpy little things.
a real challenge would be under 50 minutes or even 45 minutes. if this challenge is within 200 miles of atlanta ga, count me in.
Having to do this with cold Macs will be a HUGE disadvantage. Microwave them before the start and put them in an insulated bag so that they stay hot. The liquified grease will act as lube on your mouth and throat so they will slide down easier.
Also, chew as little as possible. The longer they stay in your mouth, the more revolted you will be, and the harder it will be to swallow.

The poster that said to seperate the big macs was correct. Its not the patties that will fill you up, but the bread instead. I'm going to suggest this: Eat 1 patty before running, then eat 1 patty every mile; walk while eating it. You should then be able to eat the rest of the big mac (bread, tomatoes, lettuce, etc) after the finish fairly easy. Good luck.
jog the 10k, smoke a few bowls, take a short nap and eat 10 big macs. easy.

my advice, eat 2 full burgers, bread et all,
run 5 miles, eating a patty every mile for the last 4 miles, (giving yourself the first 2 miles just running to settle the stomach) then walk in the last mile while eating the remaining 4 buns and toppings
the time i'm thinking would workout like this,
2 full burgers- - 8 mins (8 min)
run the first 2 miles eat one patty- 13 min (21 min)
run 1 mile eat one patty - 7 min (28 min)
run 1 mile eat one patty - 7:30 (35:30min)
run 1 mile eat one patty - 9 min (44:30min)
now u have 1 mile left and just bread, walk it , and eat 15:30 and you win just under an hour.
id run the first 2 miles decently fast, clearly slowing down every mile after that but walking /slow jog while eating the patty after every mile then pick it up til the next patty.
this will work. i promise.
If you are eating while running anything faster than ~7min pace, keep in mind a fumbled pickle or slippery pattie could get you DQed. would hate to see that.
also, order them with extra mayo, for lubrication. crucial
eat 1. should take 1 minute.
run 5 miles in 30 minutes.
you now have 29 minutes to eat 5 while walking the last 1.2.
thats one every 5.8 minutes.
quarter it up.
one quarter every 1.45 minutes or 1 quarter every 87 seconds.
should be doable.
how strong is your stomach?

I may have to frame this and hang it by more door for extra motivation on those tough days.
Potential problems: Won't you get very thirsty during this?
Won't you get kind of embaressed carrying a burger around while the crowd watches and slower runners pass you with disgust?
Everytime I read this thread, I get super hungry for Big Macs. It's disgusting, but I can't help it.
