2 keyboards isn't epo, its plain old blood doping. effective, clever, but not harldy high-tech.

turns out its incredibly easy to write a winbatch program to "assist" your performance by outputting "bnbn.." as fast as your computer can generate it. the faster the computer, the better the time.

or as in my case the easy lazy ass way, some pc keyboars will let oyu hold down both b and n at the saem time and shitlll fly lol

i did 12.15 in LJ with 1 keyboard, my friend threw 284 in javelin while using only 1 keyboard

also did 200m in 12.80

can anyone honestly say that they have broken 2mins in the 800m without any aid? 800 is definatly the poorest event there. The points difference between running like 2:14 and 2:00 is only about 200, therefore if your looking to improve your score dw about this event. My PR's are as follows:
