Tidy 4:08 win for BYU's Carmen Alder. Nice 3 sec PB for Juliette Whittaker, a hair behind Scatchard for 3rd.
Hannah Gapes 4:11.37. Good enough for Nationals?

Noonan just ran high 3:38, maybe he has a 3:35-3:36 in there... lots of great performances at Azusa Pacific (Bryan Clay Invitational) this past weekend.

Closed that 3:38.9 in 55 flat too. Certainly suggests another second or two in the tank in a more sensibly paced race. It’s pretty crazy the way his ability to close races has maintained even as the races have gotten faster.
Wonder if he’ll run the 15 or the 5k at Payton Jordan. Conceivably that would be the last time trial type race before championship meets begin.
