He could have easily avoided him and wouldn't have (had to) run into him at all. This was not sportsmanlike at all, even though Mehary slowed down quite brutally.

I seriously cannot understand how professionals whose livelihood depends on this would risk getting pushed and stepped on at the end of a distance race, rather than just keep running slower for a few more meters after the line.
It's all good all Jakob needed was that shock to the system, he will front run a 12:30 in the final (intense copium)
Jakob said on norwegian tv it was better then sunday, but still feels far away from his past self.
Hope Jakob can get healthy - would love to see big effortless final laps we're used to. He's missing something, that's for sure.

Jakob actually split the fastest last 1k (2:23 or so) because he left himself so far back.
i guess a silver lining is that he mustve run something around 2:23 for the final k. which is fairly good, even in an ultra slow race.
but my god he does not respond well to "alternative" training.
Will Hunter-Bell cope with Moraa's erratic style, she should be able to.
Anna Hall big PB of 15.32 in the shotput. Ahead of Thiam in an event Thiam should be ahead.
Nordas ran tactically poorly in both 1500 and 5000. He is NOT Jakob, cant just sit off the back and think he will pass everyone.
