I don’t need to apologize for dedicating a good portion of my life to improving in running and discipline and striving towards goals.

the biggest argument that Hope leaves out is, again, rural East Africans.
they have pretty underprivileged lives yet they still run a lot. They accomplish incredible feats.
Haile Gebresselasie one of my heroes, came from poverty - zero privilege - and became one of the most inspiring runners to ever walk planet earth.
if you’ve ever seen the Disney movie Endurance. Compare any segment of that movie to Hope’a video on TikTok. One is a story worth being told. The other is a piece of garbage.
