If u look at geb he is short but all legs. Most of the good short runners have long legs for their height so it most likely how hard u work.

because it seems like iaaf got other atleast at Bekele (i haven\\\\\\\'t been checking those others)

well shorter people do have a advantage because they weigh less and have faster legs..
