I ran 15:45 off around 25 miles a week
I ran 14:25 in college on 50 MPW. My neighbor's PR is over 20 minutes and he runs 85 MPW.
A lot of info missing. What is his 5k times at the start?
to run 120,000 miles a week, you'd be jogging at about mach 2 for 12 hours a day. I'd say you could probably do a 5k around mach 2.7 to mach 3 comfortably. That means your 5k time would be around 0.081 seconds.
Assuming you don't get injured...
oops. I made a calculation error. Your 5k time would actually be around 4.86 seconds. Still pretty good, but not the 0.081 seconds I quoted before
But what if flie gets in your eye?

I took up running at 33 and ran until I was 39. Highest mileage was around 80, but average over that span was probably 50-60. I ran 17, 35, 1:17, and 2:48. I'm not a talented runner, though I did play a sport in college.
So I say 15:32 5k.
Isn't that obvious?

Way faster .. I am a zero talent .. started running in Jan 2016 worked up to one 100 mile week (most around 70) within one year and ran 17:30.. I did lose like 60lbs in the process
I think your running talent may just be negative.
