Everyone learns about that stuff in elementary school. Maybe they told you that police brutality was unfair toward blacks? Not sure that you have a lot of evidence for that.
Slavery, Jim Crow, Segregation, KKK ... all products of the Democrat party.
Broken families, government dependence, police brutality, income inequality - all at their worst in Democrat strongholds.
As an Asian who spent half of his life in Asia and the other half in the U.S., I've come to realize that yeah Americans can be pretty ****ing racist but the Asians in Asia aren't that different either. glass half full or empty I guess.

I know of many white Americans who claim Japan is the most racist country they have been to.
Black Americans would say, "yeah, I am treated as an outsider. But I AM an outsider here. Back in the US, I am discriminated against in my own country."
So Japan looks like a very racist society, if you are not used to being discriminated. If you are a racial minority in your own country, it's not any different.
There's microaggression and prejudice the world over. I lived in Asia for years too. I don't remember a lot of cases of Asian cops accidentally shooting black people then walking away with impunity. I think that's the issue here....

I know it’s fashionable to say “America is inherently and systematically racist” but really Americans tend to be very tolerant of other races-partly because America is very diverse and people of various races are constantly bumping shoulders.

Keep in mind that most other European countries where the people claim to be racially tolerant actually live in societies that are much more racially homogeneous than the US. If you compare immigration numbers the US lets more immigrants into its borders than any other country in the world.
Every time I travel outside the US, my main takeaway is how fair and unracist the US is.
Everyone who hates on the US needs to get out more.

In my lifetime I know about the southern strategy, GOP voter suppression based on race and a GOP president sharing white power videos online. Also GOP politicians and supporters losing their minds over confederate participation monuments.

Thus, in any nation that isn't cucked by decades of "training"(India, China, Middle East, Europe to a lesser extent, rare parts in America, pretty much any part of the world that isn't a globalist capitalist metropolitan), there will be some self-bias. This is not unique to whites.
