The AZ job is low-paying for a major state school. Don't expect any big names here. Great opportunity for someone on solid ground.

Since there not filling the 6th coaching position opened by the director's retirement, will they even fill this position? Duke is a dumpster fire... if I were a student athlete I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that program. They are pitting two interim "directors" against each other and then hiring what could be someone different after next year. UNC has done it right, get a coach with a great resume who is actually a good coach not just a good recruiter. What has Duke women's distance done since Riley has been there? Finally got success out of Reinhardt this past indoors but other than that Not a thing! Only success they have had is from the ACC high Jump and multi events. How many ACC points has the Women's distance scored in the last 4 years? I am glad I went to a school with a admin that ain't causing fires between the coaches. Instead getting results. UNC beats Duke till the admin realizes they don't have a distance coach... they have a social media coordinator

She is making progress which counts. I was coaching in the ACC when Reinhardt and Duke were competitive. Great team, worse team chemistry ever.
Rhonda is installing a great culture there that will last. Culture comes first, then points and championships will follow
