There are some good articles at Oryx regarding military aid to Ukraine, broken down by country and discussing the types of aid and weapons. So, it's not just US and Europe. Australia, Canada, Japan as well. Not many democracies and decent countries appear to like Russia very much.
There is also a good database there documenting the shocking amount of equipment that Russia has lost.

How come 2014-2018 "House-passed spending bills for the past three years have included a ban on U.S. aid to Ukraine from going to the Azov Battalion" but then it stopped doing so? Did nazis get healed? Did they stop being nazis? Or did the US stopped giving a sh*t if they're sending arms to human rights violators, as long as the fight Russians?

That's exactly what happened. The US realized that giving aid to the Azov Battalion was a necessary evil in order to preserve Ukrainian sovereignty. I'm not sure why that's so hard to understand.
Can you explain to me why Putin is against Nazism, but supports Russian Nazis killing Ukrainian civilians in Ukraine when Russians and Ukrainians are "one people"?

Necessary evil, LOL! The US has been doing "necessary" evil all around the globe for some time now. But none of it was really "necessary". Definitely not in Ukraine, as Donbas was striving for independence / autonomy way before 2022, even as far as 1994. Just ask your imaginary family about it.
