There's still no proof that was Mr. Rossi. It could have been a friend of his sticking up for him, or an enemy of his trying to make him look bad.
Without a subpoena you don't know who is at the other end of an I.P. address. Like everything else in this thread, it is another baseless accusation and a leap to a conclusion. If you can, put down the torches and pitchforks for a moment, and consider what little evidence you actually have.
