I'm breaking my rule: Second Kip Litton Thread - Can someone please tell me what's up?

Since Litton has a lawyer as a wife (one who presumably hasn't been disbarred or is otherwise licensed to practice in Michigan or elsewhere -- anyone look into that?), it makes no sense at all that this Baxley shitstain would so vehemently serve as his mouthpiece unless SOKLR is right and he is expecting a cut of the 50 grand. Yet Baxley's extreme emotional investment in this points to what I believe to be a more likely conclusion -- that Kip himself is posting as Dan Baxley. Just because a Dan Baxley in Michigan exists doesn't prove that he's the owner of that Facebook account; we tend to think "everyone" is on FB nowadays, but a lot of my own friends aren't and I'm not even old. I could easily create a sham account in the name of any number of people I know who both exist and would be unlikely to discover my subterfuge.

In any case, the involvement here of Baxley -- or perhaps "Baxley" -- is in no way helping Litton's case and indeed is making it an even more risible issue. They should all gather together on Christmas morning and overdose on lethal chemicals.

I think there should be a challenge in Wyoming the summer of 2014. 50,000 if Kip can go sub 3:30 and we restart the 2nd annual West Wyoming Marathon with pay per view for this event. T-shirts sales?

I would pay 50 bucks to watch Kip kick some butt, or at least try.

This would be a bigger event then Evil Knievel jumping the Snake River.

1) posed as a "brian smith" to submit a note to The local media about his recent running "accomplishments"

2) entered a race as Rich Rodriguez

3) Created the West Wyoming marathon website with the help of amateur web designer ben Millefoglie with a fictitious race director named Rich Rodriguez who would even respond to people's emails (such as Kyle Strode's)

4) some locals in Michigan came to Singer to say he has been a perpetual liar throughout life

5) called out by Sage Canaday as a cheat in his book on Hansons Distance Project

Makes sense that he might create fake Facebook profiles to talk to people

6) Sad but also funny as hell:

So why doesn't Kip get on Twitter and protest his innocence himself? I checkedm he has no Twitter account. How screwed up (but telling, as if anyone needed more to go on here) is it that Kip's own teenage son has to deal with this shit in school not just because his dad cheated but largely because Kip won't address the public himself? He didn't just dick over a lot of runners and RDs, he's basically prostituting his own kid to a world that thrives on scandal and salacious bullshit.

If there are accusations about any of these finish times, please post them here.

Singer did an exhaustive search for more than a year digging up all of Kip Litton's friends, relatives, neighbors and training partners, including Dan Baxley. Despite his prodding, not a single person could recall any negative info on Kip at all. This is why there was none in the story. I know several people who were contacted by Singer and they said they were disgusted by his sleazy demeanor.

My brother told Singer that for as long as he has known Kip he has been a good guy, hard training runner and a great dentist. Not surprisingly, these facts didn't fit the spin of the story.

There are pretty much ZERO joggers (besides Kip and Mr Dan "fruitcake" Baxley) who would even know to visit letsrun.com forum and this thread regularly. Something tells me this post has got to be coming from one of those two
