Was Floyd claustrophobic when he was in the suv prior to police arrival?
Funny how he only became so once he was busted.

First time i brought myself to watch this, such a needless death, but that in my opinion isn't murder, needless death yes and tragic but no way them officer's set out to kill Mr Floyd. In fact they if anything they could have used much more excessive force to get him into the vehicle in the beginning but tried calming measures. The situation got out of hand with bystanders and it goes without saying that the kneeling went on for too long. I was getting very annoyed at the lack of urgency from the paramedics on scene, disgraceful lack of urgency.
No jury should convict based on this evidence.
Yeah, if they could have forced the doors shut and let him thrash around in the car they would probably also been charged for murder in that situation as well.
There are a lot of wouldas, couldas, and shouldas...

Maybe thy should have made room for him in the front seat!
I think that was just one of the many lies he told that day when he was messed up on drugs and trying to figure out how not to go to jail for a long, long time...

shop store witness is seen on camera with GF, holding $20 up to light.
'i saw it was fake immediately'...'i completed the transaction'...
wtf?
then they went out to the car 2 / 3 times to talk to gf and ask him to come to store.
GF went into store no later than 07:34. Left at 7.55.46. still in car outside at 7.58.
Oh, my. the person in the front passenger seat was the one who tried to pass the fake $20 earlier - i dindt know that. The guy in white shirt actually [icked up the torn first $20 from the passenger foot well. GF didnt talk with witness suring this.
Can you restate your last two sentences?
the guy in the white shirt (shop assistant friend) picked up the torn $20 bill. The guy in the white shirt talked exclusiovely with the passenger during this dicsussion, even thoough they had gone to talk to gf. gf was in the opposite seat 'being weird'.
Interesting that GF claiming can’t breath when told to get in the car.
Does anyone else think that the pressure on the neck was not that great that GF could still lift his head up.
It was not as if he was bucking the police off him to lift his neck.
Will it all come down to the cause of death being the key to it all.
If it was not asphyxiation then would the charges cover an other cause of death?

It would be great to have some discussion without people throwing out "racist" as soon as someone posts something that is contradictory to their view point. I know several non-whites who changed their opinion on this case when they were shown how much GF resisted going in the squad car and heard all then banter between him and the police who were trying to convince him to take a seat in the police vehicle. Something that was not, and has not, been shared much on the evening news!

I share much of the same viewpoint as yourself, very little is spoken about the actual lead up to George being held down, i was guilty of making my mind up without watching the entire video, Trouble is the Black population in America have been and continue to be discriminated against, if no conviction in this case then the streets will again be full of protests. I personally don't think the officer will be found guilty.
Horrible situation
the problem is the media convicts people before the trial. this makes it impossible to receive a fair trial. The media deliberately withholds information on the case to push their agenda.
Now the population is so agitated and outraged under false facts that they will burn the city down if he's not convicted. The jury is in danger if they don't convict. BLM has already threatened the jury.
Do you think any member of the jury cares more about Chauvin than they do about their own lives? Hell no. They'll convict just so they don't get killed by BLM.

Black people are not discriminated against by the system. If anything they are aided by it since test scores are boosted to get them into college and jobs love diversity hires. Now some counties are even giving people ubi based on race so no, they are not disadvantaged.

Personally I think he is guilty, but if I was on the jury and The evidence showed he is not guilty, I would do the right thing and vote not guilty, I would not participate in railroading an Innocent Man, I think MOST people would do what is right and not do wrong to appease the mob. They probably don't care about Chauvin, but they care about doing what is right, they care about their dignity and being able to look themselves in the Mirror, and they fear God after death who would KNOW what you did. The police can handle the Mobs, just do what is right, We are Americans, we are not Cowards, when facing execution we say My only regret is I have but one life to give for my country, Give me Liberty or give me Death, We stormed the beaches of Normandy Many/Most knowing they would die, their spirit still lives within us we defeated the NAZI'S, we Defeated the Communist's, We Won the Cold War, We won 2 World Wars, we are not going to cave to a mob because they might riot.

Great!
I have been watching when I can, but have not been able to catch all of it. I'm just hoping enough people are watching and the transparency lessens the post trial destruction that I fear will happen no matter what the verdict is.
So you need more than 9'29" video to be repelled at what you saw? Says everything about people like you.

How was Floyd resisting arrest for the 9'29" that led to his death?

Floyd an "icon"? George Floyd was killed by 4 policemen as he lay handcuffed and immobilized on the ground, pleading for his life. Officer Chauvin is now being tried for killing him.
Yes, Candace - how stupid can you be.
People with no real heroes, people like you, have turned Floyd into a martyr. The rest of civilized society doesn’t much feel like they should worship I doped up criminal who would still be alive if he would have calmly dealt with a counterfeit currency issue.

No one is worshipping George Floyd. But even "doped up criminals have rights" - and one of them is not have have their lives taken from them arbitrarily by law enforcement. If Floyd doesn't have that right then neither do you or anyone else here.

Everyone here has seen the full police body cam footage right?
I've watched it through (both officers) and I'm wondering just how much pressure Chauvin was applying to his left knee on Floyd's neck - at times it looks like he's leaning more on his right knee to get ahold of Floyd's hand/wrist...
People: this was a drug overdose while resisting arrest in the middle of a busy road. Floyd lied and disobeyed officers throughout the ordeal while resisting.
When the jury sees this footage, it's going to be game over for the prosecution.
Stop listening to any media source that at any time suggested this was a murder - you'll become a better citizen and a better person.

On monday i watched the whole security camera video from across the street. It is clear that DC is sitting backwards - his arse / bottom / derriere is way back over his ankles - he is not pressing onto GF, he is almost leaning back. All three cops are ignoring what is going on around them and are focussed on GF. The two cops to the right of DC keep shifting - DC not so much, but a little. It would be impossible to convict from that video.

Yes he was. You people can’t claim he was a giant but make him out to be an ant when it comes to getting into the limited space of the police suv. Anyone with unbiased eyes could see that the space in the back was very tight.
This is also why most smart police departments have “paddy wagons”. Bc one of there uses is to carry larger numbers and larger individuals.

It doesn’t! Let these short sighted people tell it and they will try to convince people with common sense that police officers aren’t responsible for every bullet fired.
Every action and second comes with accountability! I’m sure they will just find some Jesse Lee Peterson type to push of as their minority “voice of reason”!
