The South Korea thing was an obsession of trump’s. No matter how many people explained to him the value of maintaining a presence and security there, he was hell bent on dismantling it all and often claimed it was his billions being spent there. The combination of stupid and crazy is not good.

Having to pay $50+ and only get 400 miles is ridiculous. Why anyone would do this is beyond me. Plus you wast time at a smelly gas station to get that. 6x the cost of electricity and you still have a car that needs oil changes and breaks down all the time. . If someone likes wasting money and has a lot time time to waste waiting at service centers I guess it’s fine.

Yes, it was the extreme division he was fomenting. He was hearing very aggressive language from his R friends and they were starting to refer to anyone who wasn’t a trump lover as a lib who needed to be shot. So it just gets too extreme for some people. I have no doubt so many who voted for trump disliked him, but he was very effective at getting them to hate their fellow Americans even more. That’s why I show no mercy on Trump lovers. They need to be ridiculed and cornered into displaying their full blown psychopathy - hopefully others watching their behavior see the light.

But geez, it says SO little about the mental functioning of so many Americans. If a smooth, likeable, non-transparent president from central casting can get you to think dumb, bad, and absurd things, it's one thing (I'm picturing a guy who looks and talks like JFK or Romney, but with autocrat dreams). But pretty much ANYONE can see Trump coming from a mile away (and EASILY manage that with much less bad people in their own lives). When HE, the Orange One, can talk you into hating other Americans more than him.....holy cow. I still don't REALLY fully get it, I guess.

LONG before July 2019 when Esper took the job, it was COMPLETELY clear that Trump was not one of those "serious, stable people who cared deeply about shoring up national security" (or anything else other than his bank account and ego). So....why did Esper take the job to work for him?

I know, it's the same old "Supporting a bad guy?" or "Insulating the country from a bad guy?" question that applies to so many in his administration. This cynic/realist thinks that LOTS of them were just ambitious DBs who were fine supporting an autocrat if it fed their ego, need for power, and resume.

I guess you’re too lazy to read the article. It happens. $10 for 34 glorious miles - plus the two hours (if you’re lucky) that it takes to charge. Sometimes you get ~30 miles charging overnight. Fun times 👎👎👎🦤🦤🦤🦤

It's just a whole lot of really dumb people looking for anyone else to blame... basket of deplorables as HRC put it. People like gary are so easily duped, and trump proved to what extent they fall for it. Whose gas-powered car breaks down all the time? Over the last 17 years (about 250,000 miles) I have had 2 repairs - wiring harness and engine immobilizer - costing me a total of $700 over that 17 years. Again only 2 problems over 17 years. I know every morning the car will start with no problems. Many stresses in life but my gas-powered cars are not one of them.

The dems are beginning to panic. If you have to fight hard to conceal forensic audits you may be nervous about the upcoming results.
