As a reformed alchoholic, (10 years now, without a drink); don't even joke about taking a drink; you don't want thoughts like that in your head; even in jest.
And don't go eating alot of food either. To keep losing weight, you still have to 'under eat' daily. You have to go to bed 'feeling hungry'. Even eating 'normal' will only keep you where you are now and not let you lose weight. Just keep pushing until you get to your goal weight. Then you can eat 'normal' again. Especially since you will be training longer and faster at that point, when you are 160 lbs, for example, than you can now at 185.
Don't give up...and don't give in to the 'darkside'. I think you were joking, but others might not realize it and 'do what you say'.
Keep your eye on the prize. It will be June, 2007 before you know it!....and you want to be 150 lbs and ready to make headlines again.
remember...one step at at time, one day at a time, 2 lbs at a time, etc...you WILL get there!
