Illegal votes in GA prevented a Trump win in GA.

I'll give you a little credit this time. This one, at least, is interesting.
Nobody here is claiming malice or a rigged election. They are just claiming that some people possibly voted in the wrong county and maybe their votes should not have counted under Georgia law. The data shows how many people moved but voted in their old county. But if the move is considered "temporary" under Georgia law, then voting in your old county is allowed.
How many people actually cast these "illegal" votes? Nobody knows, but it's not huge. It's possibly as high as 35,000. But it's likely closer to 10,000. The data presented can not determine if even one of the votes was "illegal". You would have to drill deeper, because of the "temporary relocation" exception.
How many people knowingly cast "illegal" votes? Probably zero. It would have been easy to assume that it was OK to go and vote in the polling place where they still have your registration on file.
Would throwing out the votes affect the outcome? Almost certainly not. You would have to assume the votes in question were very heavily skewed toward Biden. But there is nothing in the data to indicate that. In fact, the data indicates that the problem was equally distributed throughout the state. That indicates that the votes in question were not skewed at all.
Could a judge have ordered a new election if this data was made available in time? Theoretically, yes. But not likely, especially because tossing the "possibly illegal" votes would be very, very unlikely to affect the outcome.
Is there any hope that this data will make any difference at all in Georgia's final result? None whatsoever.
What this really shows is the same thing we found out during the Florida election of Bush vs. Gore. No election result is perfectly accurate. Georgia is a lot better at counting votes than it used to be. But when an election is this close, there is no way to determine who won with 100% certainty.
