But the devil is in the details. If RU goes through with annexation of Donbas, that will allow RU to send conscripts to serve in combat in Ukraine. It will also allow RU to claim that Ukraine efforts to take back Donbas are attacks across the border into Russia proper, which would justify a full declaration of war and a full mobilization.
Absolutely right. Referendums in Donbas and mobilization in Russia will enable Putin to conduct this as if Ukraine has commited an act of war on Russian territory.
The dodge here is that Russian law prohibits sending soldiers with the (lack of) training these troops will have out of the country. The annexation of Donbas means those parts of Ukraine, including some parts currently held by the Ukraine forces, are "not out of the country". This allows Putin to continue racking up the body count to little strategic benefit while he tries to find a better way to stay in power.
Poor thing. Are you upset that Ukraine isn't paying by the rules that Vlad imagined before he started this war of choice? This is like sucker-punching women on the street and then complaining about it being unfair when you get a beat down from strangers.
Not at all. As a Swiss citizen I don't really care if NATO gets involved or not. What I care about is not lying that Ukraine is doing this single-handedly. Media should just admit and publish who and how from NATO is helping Ukraine with military strategy, so we all now what's what.
Do you actually read any news articles, or just the Kremlin spin about the western media? There are thousands of articles that talk about who is proving Ukraine with weapons and logistics help. The white house has weekly press briefings going over the aid we are proving.
Are you expecting the west and Ukraine to tell the Kremlin what their war strategy is ahead of time?

I've heard much about weapons and intel. But I'm curious which NATO generals and strategists are telling Zelensky and his army generals what and when to do. Does Zelensky even have a say at this point? I suspect he's become just a public face and NATO has taken full control over the Ukrainian army, since it's their money and their equipment.
Now a question to you: do you have an information source in Donbas that isn't Western media? Have you talked to someone from Donbas lately?
Seems the West planned the Ukraine/Russia War years ago
I didn't watch your stupid video, but c'mon! Do you really expect people to believe what you just said. We all saw Russia's build up of forces around last year. We all saw Putin ordering the invasion. Everyone knows what Russia has done to Ukraine. Just stop your stupid BS, please.

Difficult for him to stop when stupid BS is all he's got.

Well duh... When Biden said to Merkel "Ok, you can use Nord Stream 2, unless Russia invades Ukraine" after initially "forbiding" it, it was clear that he knew, that Russia indeed will invade Ukraine.

So just standard Kremlin conspiracy theory talking points designed to discredit a leader who, unlike Putin, has the respect of his people?
No one cares about your "family" in the donbas. Whatever info they purportedly provide to you has led you to be misinformed at every stage of this war.

If you're talking about an attacked women - it's Donbas. About to get divorced from an abusing Husband Kiev and his best buddy AZOV. This is not your "education" through Western media, this is the bitter Donbas reality. How do I know? Family and friends in Donetsk.
I mean, at this point, Russia isn't doing it single-handedly either (drones from Iran, ammo from North Korea, who knows what from China). The Russian media should just come out and publish what support they got from where and why they needed it for a simple "special military operation". I don't think anybody in the media is denying that the US and NATO have been instrumental in supplying Ukraine with equipment and intel. Maybe you should try reading sources other than TASS (but, we know you're not very good at using the internet to find information, so let us know if you need help with this task - I'll find a third grader to do it for you).

I have. They hate the Russians and Putin. Just like 1/3 of the people of Donbas do. Another 1/3 hate Zelensky and Kyiv (you seem to come from such a family). 1/3 don't care who's in charge.
