I sent a message to the Cleveland Marathon Twitter page. They've haven't responded yet, probably since it's a Sunday. But you would think Cleveland would have automatically banned KP in the past for cheating since they clearly have the results showing missing splits. Either that or KP's sister is part of the Cleveland Marathon organizing committee.
The sister heads up the pace team committee. Otherwise I would have suggested posting on the Cleveland Marathon Pace team facebook page.
p.s. I signed up for the Cleveland Marathon and will have family in town with me that weekend so we will keep an eye out for him.
