As much as I dislike Gaetz, there is no chance he would be as bad as Garland. So that's what we're choosing between when you say to hold the people you vote for to some standard. But I 100% agree and hope that they don't confirm him.

I don’t think it’s a slam dunk at all. But there are a lot of people on this thread alleging Gaetz committed some heinous crimes. If you have evidence that he has committed these crimes, stop talking about it here and talk to the authorities.
