I am 56 and still running. I was never very good in high school or college, but I love the sport and love the feel when the old joints and bones finally loosen up and the running flows for a while. I understand the challenges you are working through and I admire your effort and the way you decribe it to all of us. You inspire me. Please keep telling us how your progress goes. Perhaps we will see you at the Carlsbad 5k in April of next year. It is the biggest road 5k for masters runners.
The 119 day of training phase II.This morning I had massues with my coach,he tells me the body is getting smaller. He tells me.No one can die in fasting even if you stay without food for seven day.
After massues I warm-up for 31min +60mhc + 33mcd=124 minutes. My body is back looking like a runner, but I'm going through alot of feelings stomatch crawls or noises in the stomatch and headaches only those two sides.
Perhaps weak quads, running and breathing slowly.
I look like scare, slow thinking and sensitive in everything I encounter on my daily life now. That is why I prepare staying indoors with 185lbs.
I get sleepy sometimes and toss off to bed for one hour and get up strong drink Gatorade.Like now reading and sitting by the computer reading what you guys talking about fasting and future races.
I'm sure the 5ks will be a piece of cage, onces I'm 145lbs.I notice that my rhythm of running will get back where it was I saw it and feel it today. My problem was the fatty in the lungs and the whole body. The Gatorade drinks will strip all the fatty acid down straight to the toilet.
What do you think?
