Well this really amounted to nothing.
Also, there's no way it was Kiptum. Not that he wasn't likely juiced "to the gills", but he was hardly a "Titan" when the initial post was was created.
He hadn't even debuted at the marathon, and I don't think his mum even knew him before that.
