IF GF doesn't that day and is just in jail, but everything else everyone saw that day still occurs, would DC be on trial?

He is a biased hack. The officer wasn’t “shimmying” to further restrict airflow. It’s the natural swaying that comes from being on top of someone. His testimony is garbage.

you testified that after the ambulance came you saw two new officers. if they were new, how could you hear there conversation?

The main one, to me, is that air vs blood constriction could have been an important one, but by his own testimony it can be discounted.

He didnt come across as an independent witness, but a biased one. Was he wearing a blm tee shirt under his shirt?
