OK, let me put this in more realistic and stark terms: There will be but a handful of paid T&F and XC coaches anywhere in the country in the aftermath of this pandemic. In other words, time spent worrying about coaching jobs would be better spent researching other careers. Universities nationwide are cutting executive jobs and salaries, considering massive cuts to athletics programs, state systems are considering consolidation. You think that system is going to hire and pay coaches for non-revenue sports? Get real fella.
