Biden had two years of complete control to do whatever he wanted with the border. The current situation at the border is by design. They can pass a Democrat friendly bill now that will include lots of amnesty provisions. Or they can wait til November and turn the border back into a border instead of the processing center it has become under Biden.

Most people think Biden is in a serious state of mental decline if not full blown senility. He SHOULD debate Trump, heck.. Trump is his own worst enemy.
