Dude noticed that home sales crashed but homebuilder stocks were up. Said it was an obvious bubble.
Since then the homebuilder ETF rose another 11% and most data suggest a recovery in the fundamentals of the housing market.

Stocks look forward. They don't care what happened last month. Homebuilding is fine.

TSLA was at $16 4 years ago. Today it is trading at $265. The people buying these tech stocks are making a fortune and those who are not are missing out big time.
