This thread was deleted by a volunteer moderator. I certainly don't want a thread this big deleted so I've restored. THat being said, this thread has served it's purpose. I've closed it to new posts.
We have a new 2024 vaccine thread here. New people don't need to try to wade through 20,000 posts to figure out what is going on.
Lol at infected by ‘sub lineage’ of omicron. Who gives a sh!t what variant you had you dork.
Pretty much nobody, lol, but, since everything is basically a sub-class of Omicron at the moment and generally mild, I thought I would put it out there in a generic sense. Easily treated w some basic tools.
Unless you are a highly vaccinated and mandate-adhering country like Japan, which is now experience a 2nd wave of and major uptick in BA.5 cases and deaths. Selective pressure from these very dismal jabs much? That’s, perhaps, why you would care about a variant. Because it’s plausible you are more susceptible.

I kind of miss the days I cheered for every American covid death just to own the antivaxxers.
What makes this post and people like you particularly malicious and disgusting is, firstly, we went over full year with Covid before everyone was even eligible for the jabs. Secondly, the vast, vast majority of people who had severe outcomes had metabolic syndrome and related comorbidities. We knew this SO early, and we had anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic therapies, not to mention some anti-virals that we could’ve and should’ve employed. But it was anti-dogmatic and anti-conventional.
You and your ilk are sick. I am not praying for your death. In fact, quite the opposite, I’m praying you don’t experience SADS, which is a very distinct possibility and should be on your mind if it isn’t already.
There is nothing wrong with saying 'I told you so' to the hordes of babbling COVID-deniers and antivaxxers as the USA racked up a catastrophic death count on the back of their minimizing and propaganda.

Lol, I've never advocated for the death of anybody,
See Harambe’s post above. He doesn’t agree with you.
I don’t know which poster you are talking about, but I’m sure I can figure it out. Whatever, cheers…
The "vaccine" protects against serious illness and hospitalization.
At least that's the BS we've been told.
**********
A vaccinated Vikings player went to the emergency room Tuesday evening with breathing troubles from a COVID-19 infection and remained hospitalized in stable condition as of Wednesday morning, according to head coach Mike Zimmer.
Zimmer did not identify the player, but sources said it's guard Dakota Dozier, who was the second of at least three positive cases among players since last week. Dozier, 30, tested positive Friday.
"He's stable now," Zimmer said. "But it was scary."
"I'm not a doctor, but it was COVID pneumonia or something," he added. "He had a hard time breathing."

Nothing about his post indicates that, and that's if he was even referencing a post I made. There is a significant difference between what I've been saying (ridiculing antivaxxers for the bs they spew and the numerous self-owns they commit) and what the amusing troll you've been duped by has said ("cheering on the death of antivaxxers").

I've never cheered or advocated for deaths.
Point out that people's insane, unsupported ideas have directly contributed to 100k's of dead Americans is not 'advocating.' It's simply holding midwits accountable for their intellectual overconfidence.
The iconic COVID denier shuffle: first it's cases, then deaths, then cases again, then deaths. Whatever distracts from the truth: COVID deniers and antivaxxers have never been right about anything.
I sure love saying "I told you so" -- feel free to clutch pearls.

What are you rambling on about? Both cases & deaths are rising in heavily vaccinated and mass compliant Japan. Owing to BA5. Search the charts in there for yourself.
What is a Covid denier? Is an anti-vaxxer someone who believes in traditional vaccines but not LNP-encased targeted mRNA fragment vectors?
Uptake of fall Covid-19 booster shots remains anemic well into November, frustrating public-health experts who blame the lackluster interest on pandemic fatigue and insufficient outreach from officials.
About 31 million people in the U.S. have gotten the updated shots, or roughly 10% of people ages five and older, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The federal government purchased more than 170 million doses of the new bivalent boosters that target two Omicron subvariants and the original virus strain.
“It has been pretty dismal,” said Rupali Limaye, an associate professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, who studies vaccine demand and acceptance.

Deaths are not much above baseline especially compared to prior waves. I supposed I will be told to 'wait 2 weeks' lol.
Pretending there is a vast distance between mRNA vaccines and (every other type of vaccine) belies your lack of expertise in basic molecular biology. Standard antivaxxer talking points, though.
