There was no room for Hocker there. Even if he was “polite” about it, that was a sketchy and probably DQ-worthy move. I don’t want him DQ’d though, even if he should be.

It's the Worlds, I don't blame him as it's a race not a place where if you are ahead you slow down and block fellow competitors. Hocker had no choice, either push through and hope for no dq or lose. Hocker did not show up to lose

Oh, I completely agree. Better to get top-6 with a chance of DQ than just lay down and accept you’re not placing top-6.
