Rocky, though a bit more open about his hatred, is representative of a lot of social conservatives in the US who see all trans people as child molesters, who want to "eradicate transgenderism", who are passing, or trying to pass, laws to force trans children to detransition regardless of their needs or the opinion of their doctors (Kentucky), to take children away from parents if either children or parents realize they are trans and begin or continue to transition (Florida), to declare it illegal for any trans person to be in public if children might see them (West Virginia), and more (wait a few days and there'll be more still, at this rate).
How is gender dysphoria so different than body integrity identity disorder (the "ugly duckling syndrome") in which people with perfectly healthy limbs want them amputated? Some doctors would remove the perfectly health limbs arguing that if they did not perform the surgery, these folks would jump in front of trains to sever a limb. Are you going to claim that those folks also had good outcomes from the amputating surgery?

in this demographic, death by firearm homicide is close to 3000/yearand by suicide a bit under 1500. The total was correct, however, and can reasonably be considered the leading cause.

If one disagrees, i would like to know
1) how many firearm deaths you think there were in a given year (2020 or later)
2) what was the leading cause of death if not firearms
3) how many died from that cause
4) your source with a link. Again, the CDC link didn’t say what you thought it did, and firearm deaths were not broken out. I did that via the WONDER database to verify the numbers from the articles listed (unsurprisingly, they match)
although info on the youngest children was hidden

Some people want their limbs removed because they identify as snakes. You, however, just dismiss reference to this problem as a "derailing attempt" rather than acknowledging it as a very, very, similar problem, the solution to which is not surgery (with or without hormones), but mental counseling.

Mental counseling is part of trans treatment. You may not like the fact that it doesn't consist of browbeating someone until they try to bury how they relate to their body and to the world at a deeply rooted subconscious level, but when it comes to trans people, that doesn't work, while transition does.
No one should think it solves every issue a person might have, of course -- that would be like thinking everything is perfect all the time for cis people. Of course that's not how it is. We're all imperfect humans living in an imperfect world.
