Elite race, no mass race, very few fans lining the streets. That’s how Tokyo did it this year.

Marcus Kipserem. Funny thing is: he won in April last year on the same day that Titus Ekiru, another top 20 candidate, won and the Daegu event was on( I am writing about that on another thread).

Should be Marius. Won Rotterdam last April in 2.04.11 after winning the first Abu Dhabi event the December before over a short course in 2.04.04.
