So you are picking that she's at least 6 seconds better than her previous best 1500 time. That's a massive improvement. Her pr is 4.06, and yet her latest 3k time is two 4.12xx run back to back. Her 8.25 is 16secs better than her previous pr over 3k. How does an already highly-trained athlete make off-the-charts improvements like that?
Magic track, magic shoes... Quigley (and Fraser in the 5k) also improved massively. Schweizer already improved like 20 sec. in the 5k in Doha so an improvement in the 3k was to be expected. The race was perfectly paced, basically lab conditions. Maybe Schweizer can run 14:29 outdoors, maybe not; there are "flukes" or "perfect races" that are not matched again. I would not bet on many of the runners up in the women's Doha 1500m final or the mile WR in Monaco last year to ever improve on their marks.
