There was this chap named El Keniano, who used come on these pages and defend any Kenyan who gets busted for doping or attack any piece of investigative journalism on Kenyan doping. He even pushed wild conspiracy theories in relation to Asbel Kiprop, to such an extent that it seemed like he was Asbel Kiprop. In short, "He's a real Kenyan patriot!"

I thought after that big Kiptum bust he said he was finished with LRC and was going into exile? ?
https://www.flotrack.org/articles/6460430-half-marathon-wr-holder-kiptum-suspended-for-doping-violationUnfortunetly I'm not El K. I'm from Poland. I made this account about a month ago. I won't defend any doping cheats. I want athletics to be as clean as possible. To make anti-doping tests better and better.
I think that's really bad that you can buy EPO in pharmacy.
Showing videos with unknown athletes saying "Oh, I'm doping, everyone is doping, if I want to be as good as them I have to dope". We don't know who it is. Maybe is a 14:30 5k guy or f*cking Eliud Kipchoge. I know there is a big doping problem in Kenya, but saying stuff like "every african is doping" it's stupid. That's what I want to say. And I hope that anti-doping system in Africa will be better in the future

Can’t do this anymore. This is my final post on this site. It’s been interesting being part of this community for so long. Enjoyed the many great discussions about running. However, must be said, that my opinions about a certain section of the LRC posters, athletics government and media will never change.
Peace ✌?
At least he's not pretending to be a Kenyan anymore!

You can say what ever you want but if someone say "not every african is doping", that doesn't mean he's el k or any other guy.

Can you at least admit Kenya and other east African countries have a bigger doping problem in distance running and it is easier to dope in those countries?
Now this is getting out of hand! wrote:

No, I love my country. And I'm always happy when athletes like: Henryk Szost, Adam Kszczot, Marcin Lewandowski, Mateusz Borkowski make a succes. But I don't when people hate and say stupid/false things about others. I've read on this forum that Ryan Hall is doping, Julien Wanders is doping, Marcin Lewandowski is doping, Eliud Kipchoge is doping and so many stupid stuff that I can't agree with

Yes.

I think you need to have a little word with yourself. Where have I said there isn't a doping problem in Kenya? (I can assure you, I'm a lot more up to speed on doping in Kenya than you'll ever be.) That said, the report was pathetic. Even Coevett has said as much.
(I can assure you, I'm a lot more up to speed on excusing doping in Kenya than you ever will be.)
There. Fixed.
Be warned, Al Jazeera has a history of liberal extremism/liberal bias.

It is a Qatari base news station, which means it is based in a Islamic country. Despite the weird relationship liberals and Muslims have in the US(and else where in the West), the beliefs and culture of Islam is far way from liberal values.
i agree with you

Hey I’m just a humble guy from Poland with a keen interest in protecting Kenya’s fine anti doping reputation. Don’t mind me.

As opposed to you - a Polish guy who accuses his own countrymen of doping and defends dubious East African runners from the merest suspicion of doping?

If that is so, then why aren't reports like this appearing about all those other countries? But we aren't seeing those reports. Some countries - like some sports - appear to dope more than others.
Like the former Eastern Bloc, like China, like Russia - and, apparently, like Kenya. That doping can be found in other countries as well doesn't alter the fact that some are worse offenders than others.
Just because more people are getting caught in one country doesn't mean more people in that country are doping. Has it ever occurred to you that athletes from 1st world nations might have access to better, more sophisticated doping programs and thus are less likely to get caught?

The other day you gave a list of Polish dopers in an attempt to show that Lewandowski might be doping, or at least just as likely as Musagala - the latter from an African region with virtually no testing, where EPO can be purchased like candy, and there has been an influx of Italian and other European coaches, doctors, agents etc. Instead of celebrating the fact that your countryman had broken the Polish national record, you were accusing him of doping as well as making clear that you were happy a Ugandan had won the race.

So you struggle to find actual British athletes caught doping, and very hard indeed to find British middle-distance runners who have ever failed a test, so you post a picture of a minor British sprinter from a few years back who never failed a test, but who has a buff bod (which as Deano points out, didn't even help his sprinting)?
I'm a white dude nearly 50, never taken any kind of ped in my life - I don't even take creatine anymore - but if I stopped running more than 20 miles a week and just lifted my 3 pairs of home dumbells 6 times a week like I used to, within a few months I'd have people assuming I was on steroids - as they used to before I took up running and stopped lifted so much (mostly at home).
This guy was/is likely in the top 0.0001% of genetic specimens. It's very easy for me to believe that for such a person it's possible to obtain such a physique if he spends half his day lifting weights and the other half doing explosive sprinting drills.
Maybe if he had been running 9.8 seconds with a physique like that, but he wasn't.
Not saying he wasn't microdosing on anything, - at it appears a hell of a lot of world class sprinters are (and many get caught) - but to use his 'example' to try to claim that British distance runners are as juiced as Kenyans is sad and pathetic.
hahahaha this guy is CLEARLY on anabolics it's not even a question.
It is really that obvious
