    Half Marathon: Saucony Freedom ISO

    The 5K is actually a funny story. I got my pair of VP4% shoes for free from someone who didn’t like them. I wore them for a 5K and Ran a PR. I don’t really think the shoes had anything to do with it but found it funny. Since I am not the caliber of runner who needs a $200+ racing shoe I passed them onto a friend who is trying to beat her college 5K time. We’ll see if the shoes really are lucky.
