Hey, am world class athlete, am from Nairobi and i train the same way, dont base your urgument on one legion, these days we have athletes from everycorner,not just kaptagat, if i can mention some of my buddies like, Nicholas wachira 800m, Mwengi Mutua 800m, Kiogora Marathon, Ndereba and many others.

What indication was given that Swahili would be appropriate to use in discussions with "strong xcrunner"? I know about Kenyan from talking with Kenyan friends. I guess they could conceivably have been lying to me, but why they would is beyond me.

Hey what did u want to say about Eldoret compared to Nairobi? atleast they're not many slums in Eldoret than Nairobi, also there is enough Medical centres In Eldoret. Just try to find out,Guys lets train, all this Kenya vs Uk is total bullshit and Frustration.
