But can you look relaxed when running on pure hate?
I don't think you can look relaxed. All you can do, for example while running up hill, is keep a straight face and have that 1000 yard stare as you breathe and exhale through your nose. You know that hill will be at least a third of a mile uphill but you have embraced it.
I ran through a thunderstorm today and I enjoyed it. Even though I got warnings on my phone that lightning struck within three miles of my area, it was not enough to scare me away from running on Pure Hate.
However, my split shorts got soaked, and I have moderate friction burn between my groin and butthole area. Taking a shower afterwards was painful. But what's done is done.
I will never know what it really feels like to go through that scenario to earn a 1000 yard stare. But it's knowing that the dread and pain is there, and you can't do anything to stop it because you've committed to running uphill.
Running on pure hate is vastly inferior to running on pure love. And not nearly as good as running on pure sand or pure grass or pure wood chips.

You contribute nothing and that stupid gif is a waste of everyone's time. And bandwidth. Have you nothing better to do?
You probably run on fear and anxiety.
the GIFs are stupid!
Now here's a relevant image that actually shows fear can sometimes outrun hate. Symmonds (whose anti-hate political talk was always a ruse to soften his opponents) shows VERY pure hate here, but Aman's cringing fear was just able to elude him. Still a better performance personally for Symmonds than the far superior Aman.
Run on pure fear. It worked for Herb Elliott.
It's been about 2 years since I followed This Path. The truth is, my stats are terrifying. But it is very lonely. So far, in all my competitions against others, I haven't lost to ANY of them. Except for this one guy - he was really physical and he used his elbow to beat me to it.
I've been eating a lot because that's the one Pure Thing I have left. I know I cannot sustain this kind of training without being manic, but I can say stats wise - I am in the top 10. I'm not training for T&F btw.
What is it that separates a person who uses Pure Hate compared to a professional? The stats are the same, but the personality and likability are very different.
I must clarify that no, I’m not a professional. I’m just a below average person who follows this path. This mindset that Pure Hate is all about - it works.
But the thing is... will you sponsor someone who is like this? That’s why you got to hide any trace of Pure Hate when you meet someone.
Make sure you moisturize your face. It makes you look innocent and youthful.
A good precursor to Pure Hate in my xp: 1. painful instances of sacrifice and or ruining human interactions because of fatigue withing 3wks or so. 2. A few easy days 3. on a key day, more caffeine b4 session 4. remind yourself of instances 5. tap into training focus and pure hate reveals.
I used to run on pure hate, but then I burned out.
Now I just run on dislike.

this "pure hate" idea has not aged very well now has it? embarrassing - to say the least.
What’s worse? These threads or you searching and dragging out two threads from 6+ years ago

Debunking some misconceptions about running on "Pure Hate".
Hate like any human emotion isn't bad in itself, but when it is distorted, perverted, and left uncontrollable can be lead to negative consequences. Some parents love their children too much and fail to apply any discipline in their children's lives often leading to entitled, spoiled, and self-indulgent adults.
Many of the posters are confusing running on rage and hate as the same as running on "Pure Hate", they are not the same.
Hate and rage can only last for a short amount of time, thus confusion as most associate the 400 and 800 as optimal events for this type of emotion fueled running.
Running on "Pure Hate" is the moment one taps into a lifelong series of negative emotions that have been stored for many years and turn this into a transcendent energy source to elevate your mortal physical effort into normally unattainable elite performance levels. Thus you are channeling something negative and turning it upside down into something positive.
For the weak minded, who are never able to let go of the negativity, rage, and hate, it will eventually end manifesting itself in all kind of bad behaviors.
More wisdom to come if you can handle it...
I try not to read posts longer than a paragraph. I have a short attention span and need to get out the door to run.
Ambivalence is underrated,
