These posts have me crying with laughter!!!! Come on people.... Give Leo a break. The poor guy is like 50 years old and is trying to mix it up with the young bucks. The scary thing is he's gonna pull a fast time out of his butt sometime this spring or summer and then totally Shit the Bed!!

What a ridiculous statement. Blankenship made the team through his own hard work, focus, and smarts. Third place in an intense competition is to be celebrated, because even if his goal to win wasn't reached, he still made the team for Rio. I hope he howled with delight at the moon at getting a chance to run in Rio. He can always put "Olympic Team Member, 2016" on his resume, and be intensely proud of all the blood, sweat, and tears it took to bag that third spot. It just so happened that another runner named Leo was shut out of the Rio fun by finishing in 4th in that competition, and it's not Ben's fault that Leo only ran 4th.

Disagree. Blankenship cut off Manzano with 80m to go. Otherwise, it would have been Manzano in 3rd. Blankenship was about to be passed and he knew it. #dirty.
