What's with the obsession of low drop shoes?

    Huh? What's wrong with Running Warehouse? They sell running shoes, is that bad? It's bad to be able to refine your search for shoes?

    Let me guess, real runners just wear what their sponsors tell them to wear and anyone who chooses their own shoes is a loser, right?

    I don't think it's a fad. High drop gives me foot injuries. Low drop calf strains due to overtraining. I think it is good to use both. The calf heals much faster than broken metatarsals and tendons. Thank goodness Altra is still around.
