getting distance from al was needed. salazar did a great job in getting him from hudson's regimen to finish it up and get him to 12:56/27:22/60:00 the first year but then he tried to mess around with his form and had him get the achilles sheath removed and that led to an infection, which knocked him out a long time. when al's focused on the big stuff, he does great.
