EPO is LESS likely to work on elite athletes because their blood volume (as red blood cells) is already maxed out. Add more RBC's via EPO would just make their blood thicker and slow it down, delivering less blood to the muscles and lungs. This is the opposite of the desired effect. Did rekrunner put you up to this? Lol. This has already discussed ad nuseam on the Sumgong EPO & Canova EPO doesn't work with top Kenyans threads. Just wait until the next athlete tests positive for rocket fuel and this will start all over again...nothing new there.
