Thank you. I went back and read the motion. It sure does appear that Boris is stuck. The really unfortunate part is that reduction clause not being addressed in the offer from NB. That could have been his out. Bad job by his agent. I think Nike would have had a hard time giving that little nugget up!

What would happen if Boris competed? Nike would sue him again? I don't get it?

Nope. It was not addressed because they chose to exclude it entirely. That Nike kept it as a standard requirement they wouldn't match --eliminate-- is Nike's screw up.

Imagine if your country's best 800m prospect was denied the chance to compete in the Olympics! Unreal.
