3000 7:23.03
2-mile 7:57.96
5000 12:49.51
if moe trained for 800m i can see 51 plus 53 = 144x. you'll never see this
You are being very ungenerous to mo as he has run in the 3'28s twice & not only that, his last one had virtually no drafting to bell !!!
I can't see him having lost any speed from '13 where he finished a slow 5k with a 50-flat which was offered as 49+ speed at the time so I think his peak speed last year was also 49+
i'll split up those 49.5 - 49.75 / 26'20 - 26'25 to make it easier for posters to see :
From generally slowest -> fastest ( but not always the case with 3k/5k ) :
49.75 / 26'25 ->
1'45.38
2'14.09
3'27.58
3'43.91
4'42.88
7'17.21
12'35.76
49.75 / 26'20 ->
1'45.29
2'13.95
3'27.27
3'43.57
4'42.38
7'16.27
12'33.80
49.50 / 26'25 ->
1'44.99
2'13.64
3'27.03
3'43.34
4'42.25
7'16.51
12'35.08
49.50 / 26'20 ->
1'44.90
2'13.50
3'26.72
3'42.99
4'41.75
7'15.57
12'33.12
Perhaps posters require slower general 400/10k to have some comprehension of above :
Trying with slower 50.00 / 26'30 :
50.00 / 26'30 ->
1'45.86
2'14.68
3'28.44
3'44.83
4'44.00
7'18.85
12'38.39
even those have an awesome 3k !!!
