lol ... real weight lifters take years to build abs. salazar's build them by magic: using low weights which don't achieve the result.
Horse hockey, when you are that young, with the right exercises, you can build them in 4 months.
NOP has the finest non-running fitness coach around.
I've seen multiple people get cut in college, after having zero weight lifting or ab work etc. in high school.
Bull bollocks, it takes years of special, secret, supplements to get ripped liked a skeleton.
It's called a six-pack.

I remember that my BMI was 16 while eating around 10% of my body mass, every day.
Another clueless poster.
At 5'10" (1.8m) and 135 lb (61 kg) the BMI should be just under 19.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Body_mass_index_chart.svgBut, Rupp looks like below 15, a value indicating severely underweight.
When I reached that 16 BMI, I was running 100-120 minutes every day, slow.
I ran about 6 weeks like that.
My height was 1.77 and weight 50kg.
Then I ran a couple of weeks in heavy military boots and I developed a fantastic muscle mass. I could see veins on my chest muscles and a nice triangle on the back.

Which has absolutely nothing to do with Rupp/Farah and their odd missing fat.

I'm almost 50, just a solid age grouper and I'm almost as defined as rupp.
I doubt you have ever seen Rupp in person then.
No photo of an elite does their skinny-def justice. Most pictures just don't have the resolution to show all the teeny tiny muscles, and none have the time element to show them moving. It's a very noticeable look at meets because some elites have it, but most don't. The difference is striking.
igf-1 lr3 for all u dopes out there.

1.77 and 50 kg. OMFG. 50kg is all of 110 lbs! For a guy that height and low weight is extreme to the point of needing medical intervention. That is 25 pounds less than Rupp who is extra rail thin.

Yes, it was. I was biting my cheeks when talking.
Some people have narrow bones and I'm one of them.
I'm not sure about this, but that could be the reason for braking my arm next year so easy.
I'll see if I have a picture from that time.
In this picture I think I had 54 kg at age of 17:

A few months before I did 30-40 of 2 hours streak.
And Rupp outweighs you in those pics by 15-20 pounds (6-9 kg).
You do not look 54kg (118 lbs) in your pic. You look heavier than Rupp.

It's genetics. Only a certain percentage of people can have abs. Do some research. I still have abs and took a couple years off from any core. Same in high school. No weights ever and no core and have abs.

Genetics + fastest people = mega-skeleton abs! Combining the two is nearly impossible, and more impossible is having one coach with multiple rare combinations of the two. It just does happen.
Rupp's father (right), who Rupp looks like physically, does not have his son's genetics. His mom (left) is the thin one but the photo below is from Rupp's high school days.

Maybe I look fat in the picture (😊).
You have to take in account that Rupp is 3 cm taller.
And I didn't had muscle mass as him.
But the measurement was made by sports meds institution which confirmed my scale too.
I'm surprised to see that people have difficulties in becoming so lean.
My recipe was simple:
- same distance every day, 7/7.
- long tempo, now and then.
- no strength training.
- when I had to, long intervals.
Just before the races I was doing short intervals (up to 200 meters).
Here is what a real 50 kg dude looks like. Your claim doesn't in any way support why certain Salazar runners look the way they do; abnormally taut.

He transformed himself into a lean fit guy, but his weight increased 40 pounds.

Wait you had, paid for, a sports meds institution to tell you your BMI? You got ripped off.
BMI = kg / height**2
For you: BMI = 50/1.77**2 = 15.96
Remarkable how the BMI maths matches your "confirmed" institutional value of 16.
Rupp's BMI calculates to 19
(135 lb / 2.2 kg per lb) / ( 71 in [5'11"] * 0.0254 m per in) **2
I'm going to investigate L-Carnitine injections. I know oral L-Carnitine does very little.
I wonder if Salazar has started using ITTP yet-- Myo-inositol Triphosphate in large amounts coupled with low rep/heavy weight routines AND high mileage would most likely result in a crazy body recomposition.
