There are studies that link vegan ism and vegetarianism with low T. From what I see he is a pescatarian so I am sure his saturated fat intake and cholesterol intake are low. These are necessary for testosterone production.
Exogenous testosterone. Er, I mean, more strength work in the gym.

Without starting another "diet war" with Blaad Bigguns, Ryan would be an absolute fool to not try a high-(saturated) fat diet/more paleo at this point. Everything points to his body being carb-intolerant. If I hadn't changed at age 30, I would not have had a masters competitive career (running many lifetime bests after 40).
Normally I would agree eating more fat/organ meats would help, but in this case Ryan's HPA axis is clearly suppressed. I'd be very curious to see how he would respond to body building ancillary treatment-- Clomid, or better yet Nolvadex.

Bottom line is at the elite level clean competitors are always walking a fine line hormonally with the mileage they run. Without microdosing and or synthetic thyroid very few athletes can put in the mileage necessary to be competitive.
Anyone else interpret this is a "cry for help" of Sara Hall? Obviously, she wants more "action" and is looking for ways to increase her hubby's libido?
