I agree regarding behind the neck press.
Overhead Press, however, is a very natural pushing plane. If an athlete can't press overhead, then they are going to have some serious shoulder girdle imbalances.
I favor overhead pressing for my athletes over the bench press (when coaching strength training for XC/T&F).
